Friends Janasevana Kendram,Kottappadi(Downhill), Malappuram District

Friends Janasevana Kendram is a Kerala government institution located at the Municipal bus stand, Kottappadi. People of Malappuram district largely depend on this institution for the payment of their electricity and phone bills.

It has computerized facilities with multiple counters and token facilities which makes payment of bills time consumable and easy. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM including Sundays. It provides many public services.

There is a railway ticket reservation counter which provides service from 8:00 AM in the morning to 1:00 PM noon. Another peculiarity of the institution is that it provides all of its services even on Sundays except railway reservation.

• Electrical inspectorate- inspection fees and licensing board fees

Besides there is a Calicut university help desk. Students can clarify their doubts regarding the university through this facility.
